Robert Mazur will present a ½ day seminar to officers of the Plant City Police Department. This seminar provides officers with critical information that enhances their ability to minimize the risk they face while managing informants. During the seminar, Mr. Mazur will demonstrate to officers that the professional management of informant relationships is vital to preserve their integrity, career and future. Case studies of several corruption cases, including one that occurred in the Tampa Bay area, are analyzed by the attendees during the seminar. This presentation provides Officers with the “Best Practices” they can employ to avoid informant relationships that can sometime lead to unprofessional, unethical and/or illegal conduct.
